Petition of Sakinah Khanum to Majlis
Sakinah Khanum, the aunt of Muhammad Ismaʻil Bayg, the cook of the English embassy, was his only legal heir. She had a dispute over his heritage with his wife. She agreed to pay 80 tumans to Sakinah, but Sakinah felt betrayed and asked the Majlis to prevent her from usurping Ismaʻil's belongings. The Majlis wrote that she had to go to the Ministry of Justice for her petition.

Petition of ʻAliriza Khan's daughter, 1911
ʻAliriza Khan has been disposed from being the governor of Garus [due to people's complaints] and the state has seized the property of his daughter, Anvar al-Saltanah. Anvar al-Saltanah complains to the Majlis that she inherited these properties from her mother and wants them returned to her. The Majlis writes to the Prime Minister about the complaint and wants him to address the issue and inform the Majlis about the result. The Majlis asks for more information about the seizure of the properties of the governor of Garus.

Seizing Anvar al-Saltanah's inheritance
Salar Nusrat writes to the Majlis reporting that ʻAli Abad village, which Anvar al-Saltanah inherited, was seized by ʻAliriza Khan Mushir al-Tujjar. The Majlis writes to the Ministry of Interior to investigate the case and restore the right of Anvar al-Saltanah.

Demanding sister's inheritance, 1927
Includes a petition by Muhammad Sadiq Farsh-furush (rug seller) to the Majlis regarding his sister's bestowal of her paternal inheritance to him. Although her husband, Muhammad Rahim Najjar (carpenter) had initially agreed to give his wife's belonging to Muhammad Sadiq, he later disputed Muhammad Sadiq's claim. Moreover, he was able to reverse a verdict which was in favor of Muhammad Sadiq by means of bribing. There is also a letter from the Majlis to Muhammad Sadiq which instructs him to follow his claim via the Ministry of Justice.
